The great thing about Okcoin is that there aren’t any glaring omissions from its lineup. You can find most of the biggest coins here, from market leader Bitcoin to the popular altcoins. I don’t like that I need to exchange stablecoins to USD first in order to trade and then again to withdraw, these two trades naturally always incur a loss on the users end. I have tried to check on the funds which had been staked but NOTHING shows up on my profile, not even the transaction history even though I have the bank receipt. I posted a complaint ticket a day or two ago and just tried to check it and apparently my account was suspended. The only thing that upset me some was the holding time on my funds before a withdrawal could be made.
The exchange offers what it calls trading accounts and funding accounts. This is a way of separating funds you want to use for active trading and funds you want to store. Money and cryptocurrency you want to trade must be in your funding account, whereas withdrawals can only be made from your funding account.

As for the exchange rate going up, if you’re using USD, there shouldn’t be any fee. I was trying to contact them for over 1 month but they always ignore me. I trust them enough to leave my bitcoin in the wallet. I have been using OKCoin for the past three months. I find it a lot easier than any other exchange I have used in the past.
